Many institutions and districts have established Title IX Councils, Advisory Boards, and Teams to enhance stakeholder engagement with their Title IX offices. These councils may be mandated by state laws, required by the conditions of federal grants, or voluntarily implemented by certain institutions and districts to strengthen stakeholder involvement and refine policies, procedures, and resources.
