This Time with IX will explore the full spectrum of outcomes available in both informal and formal resolutions, distinguishing between agreement-based actions, remedies, and disciplinary sanctions. Participants will gain insight into best practices for sanctioning students and employees, including considerations for tenured and non-tenured faculty and accounting for union agreements. The session will also address compliance obligations, legal boundaries, and appeals-based considerations.
